Yes — 100% of green waste is removed off-site as standard, included in the quote. If you'd prefer the clippings left on for mulch, just say so when you book.

Hedges up to 4–5m we handle from the ground or off platform ladders as standard. Taller or access-restricted hedges we'll inspect and quote accordingly — we'll never start a job we can't finish safely.

Most fast-growing Auckland hedges (griselinia, photinia, pittosporum) want two trims a year — late spring and early autumn. Slower species like buxus or formal feature hedges hold shape on one solid trim a year. We'll recommend a schedule that fits your hedge.

All the common Auckland varieties: griselinia, photinia/red robin, pittosporum, buxus, ficus tuffi, lilly pilly, viburnum, laurel, totara, conifers and ornamental feature hedges. If it grows in Auckland, we've trimmed it.

Where access is granted, yes — and we always recommend it. A hedge trimmed only on one face goes lopsided fast. We'll happily coordinate with the neighbour if it helps the job.
