These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, bookings and services provided by The Hedge Guys.
By accepting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Quote Validity
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quote Accuracy
Quotes are based on information, photos and site conditions available at the time of quoting.
Photo-Based Quotes
Quotes provided from photos are estimates only and may be adjusted if site conditions, access requirements, waste volumes or the scope of work differ materially from those shown.
Additional Work
Additional work requested outside the quoted scope may incur additional charges and will always be discussed with you before proceeding.
Green Waste Removal
Green waste removal is included only where specifically stated in the quote.
Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area at the agreed time.
Unforeseen Conditions
Hidden obstacles, underground services, irrigation systems, lighting cables, pet containment systems, retaining wall defects, nesting birds, wasp nests or other unforeseen conditions may affect pricing, timing or the ability to complete work.
Weather
Work may be postponed or rescheduled due to weather conditions or safety concerns.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Insurance
The Hedge Guys is fully insured and takes reasonable care while working on your property.
Acceptance
Acceptance of a quote confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
